Back Pain Relief – On the Move.

Who is affected?

Travelling and especially driving plays a big part in people’s lives these days. More and more people are driving as cars become more affordable. This has inevitably resulted in a huge amount of traffic on the roads, which unfortunately results in traffic jams and long periods sitting in the car. The journeys which should take us just 20 minutes can often be double that – especially if we live in large towns or cities

Why are they affected?

Unfortunately this is not good news for our backs, which were never designed to spend such a long time in chairs that cause backs to bend in an unnatural way. Over time the pressure that is caused by sitting in this bent over position begins to become a problem for our backs and the result is back pain.

What can be done about this?

Thankfully there are some answers out there to help with such problems. A highly recommended product is called the Back Friend, which can be placed into a car seat (or just about any other seat). The idea behind the seat is very simple and that is one of the reasons why it is so effective.

How does it work?

When a Back Friend is positioned in a seat it enables the driver or passenger to travel in a comfortable and more upright position. This takes away the pressure from the back that was causing the pain and allows that back to support its self, in the correct way.

There are no gadgets that vibrate or heat up or flashy control devices that can adjust the seat, and so very little can go wrong with it. I believe that is why is has become such a popular product with so many people.
